Change and Testing Manager (One Devon People Technology)

Devon has been selected by NHSE to deliver the Scaling People Services Vanguard for the Southwest. Devon is the only ICS nationally to be conducting both Scaling and Digital activities concurrently, to amplify benefits beyond running these independently:

• Scaling will move Devon towards a unified model, at a system level, which takes advantage of common processes, policies, governance, and operating models to deliver a consistent employee experience across the system.
• Digital will give our frontline workers a consumer-grade experience and simplified route to get support from People Services, through the integration of our people digital landscape and the introduction of automation and an intuitive people portal.
