Change Management Specialist

We're looking for a proactive and driven Change Management Specialist to join a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to delivering impactful transformation across multiple industries. As part of a growing Change Management team, you'll play a key role in supporting medium-term strategy initiatives, driving change across business processes, manufacturing, and more. You'll be joining a team of 10 professionals, with structured onboarding and mentorship to help you thrive.,

• Lead and support the implementation of organizational change initiatives.
• Conduct impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK and internationally.
• Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change programs.
• Deliver consistent and timely execution of change plans.
  
  Proven experience in Change Management (3-5 years).
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Certification in Organizational Change Management.
• Background in HR, strategic communications, or project management.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, PowerPoint (design skills a plus), and Power BI (training provided).
