Full Job Description

As a Change Lead, you'll own the people side of our strategic annual operating plan - bringing our teams with us so new ways of working are understood, embraced and adopted. You'll create the change approach, mobilise leaders and champions, and build the communications, learning and reinforcement needed to deliver measurable business benefit. Most importantly, you'll help change land in a way that feels authentic to our culture - so it sticks for the long term. Qualifications As Head of Change, you will…

  • Create and lead the change management strategy for our programmes - clear outcomes, strong narrative, and practical delivery plans
  • Win hearts and minds by engaging stakeholders at every level - listening, addressing concerns, and building commitment throughout the journey
  • Design change that lasts. Embed new behaviours, ways of working and ownership so improvements are sustained well beyond go-live
  • Define and track change measures (e.g. readiness, adoption, usage and proficiency) and connect them to benefits realisation and business performance
  • Enable leaders and teams with clear communications, role-based learning, coaching and simple tools - so people feel confident and supported through change
  • Anticipate resistance and change risks early; put mitigation and reinforcement in place to protect delivery, adoption and long-term value

Proven experience leading the people side of complex change - building commitment, driving adoption and realising measurable business benefits
  • Exceptional influencing and communication skills - able to align senior leaders, shape a compelling change story, and mobilise action across the business
  • High emotional intelligence: empathic, curious and pragmatic, with the ability to coach others through uncertainty and help teams thrive
  • Strong leadership capability - building change capability in others, creating effective networks (champions/sponsors), and fostering a continuous improvement mindset
  • Change management qualification (e.g. APMG, Prosci, ACMP) and/or strong programme/project delivery experience, with a disciplined approach to adoption measurement and benefits realisation
