Full Job Description
We are looking for a project professional with facilities management experience who can successfully manage operational change, mobilisations, service improvements and continuous improvement projects while ensuring seamless integration into business-as-usual operations. The role can be based in London or Manchester with hybrid working and travel to sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver operational change projects from initiation through to completion.
Manage one major project alongside several smaller change initiatives.
Support operational mobilisations, demobilisations and service implementation projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation and reporting.
Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
Coordinate project governance, stakeholder engagement activities and reporting cycles.
Support cost reduction, revenue generation and continuous improvement projects.
