CGC - Lifestyle Account Manager

CGC London is looking for a dynamic Lifestyle Account Manager, working closely with our senior team, the role will need to cultivate key organization skills, media and influencer relationships and ultimately work to drive sales, and maximize business performance for clients and the CGC team,

• Day-to-day lead across an allocated lifestyle and wellness client portfolio, delivering strong client relationships, strategic counsel, and integrated communications campaigns across digital, social, and print.
• Ownership of PR calendars, launch activity, and always-on strategies, securing high-quality print, digital, and social coverage through strong media and influencer relationships in the lifestyle space.
• Management of organic influencer programmes across nano to KOL, MUA, and celebrity tiers, in collaboration with the Influencer Manager.
• Leadership of client meetings, creative brainstorming, and delivery of clear status updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Ideation and execution of creative mailings, collaborations, partnerships, and UK press launch events, including logistics and budget management.
• Development and maintenance of inclusive, diverse press, influencer, MUA, KOL, and celebrity databases, identifying new talent and opportunities.
• KPI ownership including media analysis, coverage reporting, YoY performance tracking, and insight-led recommendations using MMI and Tribe.
• Support of the Director in mentoring junior team members, building retailer and VIP relationships, and upholding agency reputation.
  
  At least 4+ years of experience in communications within the lifestyle sector
• Ambitious, energetic, self-starter
• Highly organised, self-motivated
• Strong communications skills, written and verbally
• Creative and proactive, can do attitude team player
• Good working knowledge and interest in social media and influencers
• Strong contacts within lifestyle press and influence
• Experience in the beauty, wellness landscape
• Exceptional knowledge of the ever-changing media landscape
• The ability to work to and set clear KPIs
• Experience in event production
• Understanding of GEO comms valued
