Full Job Description

The Centre Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the centre. You'll drive excellence and ensure compliance to meet regulations. Through proactive problem-solving and reflective practice, the Centre Manager contributes to continuous improvement and sustainable service development. What You'll Do

  • Quality Leadership and Support by leading safeguarding and risk management processes.
  • Have financial accountability with budgets & forecast service needs.
  • Plan for the service such as community engagement activities & partnership working with commissioners, families, professionals and community organisations.

    Proven leadership & management experience within social care.
  • Experience in safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks & safeguarding.
  • Strong organisational, financial, and decision-making skills., To protect our autistic adults at the National Autistic Society, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.

Opening in 2021 the new centre was formed from our Acton and Ladbroke Grove centres. Surrounded by a wealth of amenities such as shops, parks, cinemas and leisure centres, the building itself hosts a variety of different activities with a special focus on arts, drama and music.

    This advert is for a full time position at 35 Hours per week. What we can offer you
