Full Job Description

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and organised Central Information Services Administrator to join our team at Rye Hill Campus on a part time basis. This front-facing reception role is primarily carried out during twilight hours, with flexible and independent working arrangements during term time.     Hours: 20 hours per week
  • Term Time: Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 9pm
  • Non-Term Time: Monday - Thursday, 9.30pm - 2.30pm
  • Summary of the main purpose of role: To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to internal and external customers as part of the cross-college administration team. To ensure that all College systems and processes are proactively and effectively implemented within the role. To deliver exceptional customer service and to support a high-quality service delivery, whilst maintaining compliance within a very busy environment.
