Full Job Description
We require enthusiastic, positive, hard-working individuals who are committed to providing a high standard of work towards the Clean & Green Services. The following duties include:
- Assisting in the preparation and back filling of burials within the District Councils cemeteries
- Carrying out inspections at the District Councils play areas.
- Carrying out memorial safety inspections
- Carrying out cemetery maintenance works including mowing, weeding and cleansing
You will be required to have a full driving licence. It is essential that you have good customer service skills and knowledge of Health & Safety. It is essential that you have 3 years relevant experience and/or an NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject., Candidates must possess the necessary 'right to work in the UK' authorisation. We are unable to provide sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa as we do not possess a visa sponsorship licence.

The post includes: - 26 days leave per year plus bank holidays (pro rata), rising to 30 days after 5 years' service.
