Prepare and cook dishes to high standards across your section
Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Assist in training junior staff and support the Head and Sous Chefs
Contribute ideas for seasonal menus and daily specials

Previous experience as a CDP or Demi CDP in a busy kitchen
Excellent food prep and cooking skills
Strong teamwork and communication abilities
A positive attitude, calm under pressure
Commitment to high standards and personal development

12.50 - 13.50 per hour + service charge
