As a Chef de Partie, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare appropriate recipes and ensure that all required supplies are available when needed.
• Ensure that all required preparation, delivery, set-up, service and close-down responsibilities are efficiently executed.
• Perform various inventory, delivery and quality control tasks, consistently monitoring kitchen operations and cleanliness.
• Running your designated section within the kitchen when on duty.
• Following our high standards of food hygiene and follow health & safety guidelines.
  
  We are looking for talented chefs, who love what they do! Ideally with previous experience in a similar role, but mostly with the right attitude and enthusiasm., Ability to bring an energetic, confident and calm presence to the kitchen team.
