You will have the chance to work across a variety of projects including:Historic and heritage buildingsNew-build residentialCommercial and office buildingsEducation

and specialist facilitiesOur teams operate in a hybrid working model, with travel to client sites as required. Project activity is currently focused around North London, Oxford, the Midlands and the Southeast.Key ResponsibilitiesAs roles become available, your responsibilities may include:Providing Principal Designer, Client Advisor and CDM consultancy servicesSupporting clients and project teams to comply with CDM and associated regulationsIdentifying, managing and mitigating design and construction risksDelivering clear technical advice and high-quality reports and documentation Managing multiple projects and maintaining strong client relationshipsUsing in-house digital tools and systems to support project deliveryAbout YouWe are interested in speaking to candidates who can demonstrate:Experience as a CDM Consultant, Principal Designer or Client AdvisorStrong knowledge of CDM regulations and construction safety legislationGood understanding of construction methodologyAbility to work
