We are thrilled to announce abrand-new opportunityto be part of an exciting journey within our twoCommunity Diagnostic Centres (CDCs), serving the vibrant and diverse communities of Southeast London. As the CDC Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and embedding a Quality Management System that supports accreditation with UKAS and aligns with Quality Standards in Imaging (QSI). This is a unique chance to contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality diagnostic services., To facilitate, co-ordinate and maintain the delivery of an effective quality management system (QMS) within Community diagnostic centres that is consistent with the requirements of current Quality Standards for Imaging (QSI) and UKAS standards.To promote quality improvement within CDCs across both CDC sites, whilst having the freedom to deliver on agreed objectives.To support and train staff and be accountable for all aspects of the quality of service delivered.The post holder will also help support the clinical governance programme, be responsible for relevant project management for e.g. QSI accreditation and be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly audit reports on relevant areas such as clinical incidents, serious investigations and complaints.
