You'll be an inspiring leader, capable of motivating your team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a sharp eye for detail. With strong communication and organisational skills, you'll, help us put people at the heart of everything we do - delivering outstanding, delivered safely, efficiently and on time.Support a positive customer-focused culture by handling feedback professionally, promoting excellent service and helping the team deliver a consistently high standard of careWhat you bring:Experience in a supervisory role within healthcare, hospitality, catering or a similar customer-focused environment.A genuine commitment to providing excellent service and creating a positive experience for patients, visitors and colleagues.Good knowledge of food safety, health and safety, infection prevention and control, and allergen management.Confident leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, support and develop a diverse team.Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm in a busy hospital environment.Good attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining standards, identifying risks and resolving issues.Basic to intermediate IT skills and the confidence
