Full Job Description
- Create a positive, welcoming dining experience for our students to enjoy, fresh, nutritious meals
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the catering operation and service
- Guide, encourage and develop your team, helping to deliver a high quality and efficient operation
- Get hands-on with the food preparation, ensuring meals are consistently delivered to a great standard
- Help manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
Experience in a catering or education catering environment - A natural ability to support and motivate others, with a team-first approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced catering operation
- Good understanding of food hygiene, safety practices and compliance standards
- A proactive, hands-on approach to supporting daily operations
- Genuine passion for delivering quality food and service
