Malvern College is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Catering Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality catering services for both boarding and day students, alongside assisting with a variety of school events and hospitality functions. As one of the UK's leading independent co-educational day and boarding schools for pupils aged 13-18, Malvern College is set within the beautiful Malvern Hills in Worcestershire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a professional and dedicated catering team, helping to oversee the day-to-day catering operation while maintaining excellent service standards for students, staff, and visitors across the College community. We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Catering Supervisor to support the day-to-day food and service delivery across the school. This role is essential in ensuring pupils, staff, and visitors receive high-quality, nutritious meals served with care, efficiency, and attention to detail. You will be joining Holroyd Howe, one of the UK's leading contract caterers, providing fresh innovative food services solely to independent schools and colleges. We are a team of experienced professionals who tailor our catering service provision specifically to suit children of all ages in order to meet the bespoke requirements of each school. The safety and wellbeing of the people we serve is at the heart of everything we do. A key element is effective allergen management; achieved through training, communication, and care, we create mealtimes where every pupil has a safe experience.   • Support the preparation, service, and presentation of food to a high standard
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
  • Assist with food labelling, temperature checks, and allergen controls
  • Provide excellent customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors
  • Set up and clear service areas, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Follow all food safety, health & safety, and safeguarding procedures
  • Contribute to hospitality events and occasional out-of-hours functions

  • Ideally have experience working within contract, or high-volume catering
  • Possess a good Health & Safety knowledge
