Lexington is looking for an experienced and passionate Supervisor to lead the catering operation, restaurant and hospitality at Lidl's stunning new-build site in Surbiton. This is a high-profile location with a modern, vibrant setting and a busy food service operation serving up to 300 covers daily. Responsibilities: Motivating and managing a team of 5
Controlling and managing a budget
Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
Managing both restaurant and hospitality assuring smooth service in both areas What can you bring?

Previous experience within catering desirable Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 40 hours p/w
