Catering Service Assistant

As a Catering Service Assistant, you will be the face of our operation, delivering excellent customer service at every interaction. • Greet and look after guests, ensuring they leave with a positive experience
• Deliver efficient, friendly, and personalised customer service
• Develop strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend options
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and handling compliance
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations as required
• Assist the wider team with additional duties when needed
