Full Job Description

Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a busy B&I catering operation.
Deliver high-quality breakfast, lunch, hospitality, and fresh sandwich offerings.
Manage hospitality requests and assist with in-house baking.
Take ownership of stock control, ordering, wastage, and food cost management.
Support P&L performance and ensure budgets are achieved.
Lead and support a team of 8 part-time colleagues across a 7-day operation.
Oversee catering for approximately 120 office staff and 140-200 shift workers daily.
Manage vending operations and maintain high standards of food safety, compliance, and customer service.
Support occasional weekend and bank holiday catering requirements.
Build positive client relationships and ensure a consistently excellent customer experience.
