Full Job Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the hospitality operation, making sure service runs smoothly and to a high standard.
  • Support the delivery of a range of hospitality services, from day-to-day food and drink service through to meetings, events and functions.
  • Plan and organise hospitality and events, making sure everything is prepared and delivered smoothly.
  • Build a great relationship with the client, understanding what they need and delivering a service that meets their expectations.
  • Lead and support the team, keeping standards high across food, presentation and customer service.
  • Keep on top of reporting, stock, event information and general administration.
  • Support occasional evening events and functions when required, with overtime paid.
  • Make sure food safety, health & safety and company standards are followed.

    A strong hospitality background, ideally from a busy, customer-focused environment.
  • Great attention to detail with good organisational skills.
  • Confident building relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage different priorities.
  • A real passion for hospitality and creating a great customer experience.
