Are you a passionate and experienced catering professional ready to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional food experiences? Astrea Academy Sheffield is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations and inspire excellence in every meal served., As Catering Manager, you will lead a team of cooks and catering assistants to deliver high-quality, nutritious meals in a safe, welcoming environment. You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning menus in collaboration with the central catering team
  • Managing food orders, budgets, and HACCP records
  • Leading and motivating staff, organising rotas, and ensuring adequate cover
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction
  • Enhancing our food offering and managing multiple dining spaces and sittings

    We're seeking someone with:
  • Experience in professional kitchens and preparing fresh food

  • Knowledge of food hygiene, safety, and HACCP principles

  • A professional catering qualification and Food Hygiene certification (desirable)
