We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior Catering Manager to support a cluster of 7 schools in the Birmingham area.
Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management.

- Location/Work base: Head Office will be at the Food Enterprise Centre, Shrewsbury but the work base will be at one of our Birmingham Schools.
- Location Address: Location address will be in the Birmingham area at one of our 7 Birmingham Schools.
- Required Start Date: TBC
- Working Pattern: Monday - Friday between 8am - 2pm. Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days
