Catering and Housekeeping Team Lead

Primary Integrated Community Servicesare supporting Bassetlaw Hospice with the recruitment for the following vacancy., To maintain high standards of excellence at Bassetlaw Hospice by overseeing the day-to-day management of the catering and housekeeping service. This includes working regular shifts in the kitchen, planning and preparing homemade meals that meet a variety of dietary requirements, and managing domestic duties to ensure a safe, clean and welcoming environment in compliance with infection prevention and control standards.,

• Provide line management, supervision and support for the Catering & Housekeeping team and volunteers.
• Facilitate training and supervision for staff and volunteers.
• Plan and prepare meals for patients with varying nutritional and dietary needs.
  
  BSC (Catering), MHCIM, HND, City and Guilds 706/1 and 2, NVQ level 2 and 3, or equivalent qualifications.=
• Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking (or equivalent).
• NVQ Level 3 in Kitchen Supervision (or working towards)
