Catering Assistant

Preparation and service of a range of food items out of hours including a selection of hot meals and deli style options. Working closely with other members of the catering team including service staff, chefs, cashiers. Duties will involve cash handling, food and beverage service. Responsibility for cleanliness of department, compliance, with all hygiene and legislative requirements including Food Safety Management, Allergen Information etc, Preparation and service of a range of food items, including a selection of hot meals and deli options Working closely with other members of the catering team Cash handling Food and beverage service Responsible for assisting in the efficient and effective preparation and service of food and beverages to patients, staff and visitors including the associated cleaning and hygiene related duties
