Full Job Description

Catering Assistant - 30 hours per week - 36 weeks per year 8.30am-2.30pm - £25,069.79 FTE - (£16,765.75 Actual), As Catering Assistant, you will provide a first-class customer service experience and ensure that areas fully meet food safety and environmental health standards

Your role will involve:
Serving students, staff and external customers

Counter services

Some food preparation

Responsible for maintaining and cleaning kitchen area

Provide a professional and efficient service to staff and learners

Maintain security regimes for stock and cash handling

Food Hygeine Certificate level 2 - highly desirable

Proven experience of working within catering or hospitality

Maths and English level 2 or equivalent

Sound knowledge of Health & Safety

First class customer service skills
