Full Job Description
As Catering Assistant, you will provide a first-class customer service experience and ensure that areas fully meet food safety and environmental health standards
Your role will involve:
- Serving students, staff and external customers
- Counter services
- Some food preparation
- Responsible for maintaining and cleaning kitchen area
- Provide a professional and efficient service to staff and learners
- Maintain security regimes for stock and cash handling
To fulfil the role of Catering Assistant you will have
Food Hygeine Certificate level 2 - highly desirable
- Proven experience of working within catering or hospitality
- Maths and English level 2 or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of Health & Safety
- First class customer service skills
Catering Assistant - 30 hours per week - 36 weeks per year 8.30am-2.30pm - £25,069.79 FTE - (£16,765.75 Actual)
Based on site in Ashford
