Full Job Description

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that food and beverages are served to a high standard.
Assist in the preparation and assembly of meals, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the food service areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies.
Help with the safe storage of food items and adhere to the rotation of stock.
Take customer orders, process payments, and support any special dietary requirements.
Assist in setting up and breaking down food service stations, ensuring an efficient service operation.
Follow all health and safety regulations in line with Sodexo's policies.
Previous catering experience is desirable

Please be aware that the site is remote and own transport is desirable. Public transport is not an option for the timings of this shift., Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
