Catering Assistant

As a catering assistant, you will help provide nutritious, high-quality meals to pupils while ensuring our kitchens maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety and customer service.,

• Preparing and serving hot and cold school meals
• Supporting the day-to-day operation of the school kitchen
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen compliance
• Cleaning kitchen equipment, food preparation areas and dining spaces
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation
• Encouraging healthy eating and providing excellent customer service to pupils
• Helping create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable lunchtime environment
