Full Job Description

Your work pattern will be 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) but you must be available for occasional flexibility to cover evening restaurant sessions and events between 8am-8pm. This is a term time only position working 36 weeks per year. What We're Looking ForExperience working in a professional catering, hospitality or commercial kitchen environment.Understands food safety, hygiene and health & safety requirements.Can organise workloads effectively and work independently.Takes pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail.Has good communication skills and enjoys working with people.Confident using basic IT systems and digital record-keeping tools.Level 2 Food Safety qualification. Duties / ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients, resources and equipment for practical classes and demonstrationsSupport teaching staff during practical lessons and restaurant serviceManage deliveries, stock control and store food and consumablesMaintain professional kitchen
