Catering Assistant

As a Catering Assistant, you'll support the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages across our catering outlets. You'll help maintain our standards of hygiene and customer care, ensuring every visitor receives a warm and comforting experience., Reporting into the Hotel Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep and retail areas, including dishwashing and equipment storage.
• Monitor and record food storage temperatures and stock levels.
• Follow COSHH regulations and food hygiene standards, and support infection control procedures
  
  Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and making a difference in a healthcare setting? • You're compassionate, organised and a team player
• You hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English or equivalent experience
• A food hygiene certificate is desirable (or willingness to complete during induction)
