Full Job Description
We are looking for a Catering Assistant who will be responsible for providing effective and efficient high-quality service to university staff, students and associated commercial hospitality business activities. This is a hands-on role that requires high energy and a passion for the hospitality sector. You must work to a high standard, have attention to detail and most importantly take pride in your work.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Serve customers in a polite & friendly manner.
- To ensure high quality, customer focused provision of hot and cold food and beverages.
- Setting up the dining room in accordance with department standards.
- Compliance of the Department's Food Safety System.
- Consistently delivering a professional and efficient service to our customers.
- Ensuring a professional and hygienic appearance.
- Ensuring cleaning and closing down procedures are carried out and documented
