Full Job Description

To include Weekends The post holder will be required to work as part of a team providing a high quality catering service and will assist with the efficient operation and production of catering services provided to patients, staff and visitors. The post holder will check all areas of the kitchen before the end of their shift to ensure that all floors, working surfaces, equipment, refuse bins and utensils etc. are clean and stored correctly. Our catering service operates 7 day service 6am-8pm, The post holder is required to work on their own or as part of a team to deliver services as directed by policies and procedures. The post holder will check all food storage areas to ensure that food is being stored correctly and in accordance with departmental policy and procedure.
