If you answered yes, Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust NHS Trust is the place for you. THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE What you'll be responsible for:
- Ensure that all food is presented to customers in a professional manner in compliance with statutory guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and production of menu items as required.
- Record keeping including Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) records which ensure department production, storage and cleaning records are completed in line with policy Operation of Catering Equipment in accordance with training.
- Washing up duties and using the dishwasher.
- Receipt & Storage of supplies, ensure that all stock is stored correctly to maintain temperatures and the quality of the product.
- Basic cooking duties for breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation. You'll have the following skills/experience:
