Catering Assistant

The catering department is looking to recruit part-time experienced catering assistants to work front and back of house at various sites., Applicants must have previous catering experience with high standards of work, motivated and enthusiastic and are able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative.

A flexible approach to hours and duties and be able to work additional shifts as required at time with short notice.

To carry out a wide range of general catering duties in an efficient and effective manner to ensure that a high-quality service is provided at all times. The posts have a significant amount of personal contact with staff, patients and members of the public.

Main duties are serving customers, using a barista coffee machine, cash handling, food preparation general cleaning & completing associated paperwork.

Job 1 - 18 hours per week Winter Garden Restaurant - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 12.00pm - 2.30pm Thursday 12.00pm - 8.30pm

Job 2 - 16 hours per week - Trolley Wash - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 4.00pm - 8.00pm

Job 3 - 18.5 hours per week - central wash up & kitchen clean -
