• Preparing and serving hot and cold food items
• Supporting chefs and kitchen teams during service

• Operating tills and handling payments where required
• Assisting with hospitality functions, buffets and events
• Clearing down and closing units at the end of shifts
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Following food safety and food allergen legislation at all times
• Ensuring food service areas remain clean, organised and well stocked

  Previous experience working as a Catering Assistant or within a catering or food service role is essential
• Food Safety and Food Allergen qualifications, or willingness to complete them, is essential
