Full Job Description
- Assist with the preparation of basic food items and ingredients
- Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised kitchen environment
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Always follow food hygiene and allergen standards
- Assist with clearing down and closing the kitchen after service
- Support meal service, including serving food where required
Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment is essential - Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Food Safety Level 1 or 2, or willingness to obtain
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain is essential
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions
- Flexible and adaptable to different sites and shifts
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
Competitive pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour - Flexible shift patterns to suit your availability
