Catering Assistant

'Source' is the University of Bristol's award-winning catering brand and are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to take the role of Catering Assistant within its brand new flagship campus in Temple Quarter. The role will suit someone who has experience in catering or hospitality and can demonstrate hospitable and hard-working qualities. This is an opportunity that provides work-life balance, training & development, working alongside a large and supportive team. The contract is 35 hours a week with paid overtime, generous annual leave as well as extra paid days off for university closure days and other benefits. Whilst predominantly Monday - Friday hours, some evening and weekend work will potentially be included.What will you be doing? The successful candidate will be preparing and serving food and drink in one or many of our outlets whilst delivering great customer service. We will train you in all areas of service as required including barista training, bar training, event service and generally looking after our students and customers as part of a team.

• Hospitality experience in food service and dealing with guests
• Experience of working within a diverse team
• High organisational skills and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business
