role in delivering excellent customer service through the preparation,
presentation, and service of food and beverages to both client and Sodexo
standards. You will be expected to lead by example through your behaviour and
personal presentation, contributing positively to the team and overall service
experience. A strong focus on health and safety is essential, with full
adherence to all procedures and active support of our goal zero mindset to
maintain a safe working environment for colleagues and customers.What You'll Do:Assist with the setup, service, clearing, and cleaning of function catering as requiredSupport special functions and occasional duties outside normal routines, including overtime where applicableReport all complaints, compliments, incidents, accidents, or hazards promptly and take appropriate action where possibleRespond to reasonable requests from supervisors, managers, and chefs to support smooth kitchen and catering operationsAttend meetings and training sessions, including health & safety and food hygiene, to maintain company and client standardsWhat You Bring:Good communication skillsExperience in food service, catering, or hospitality (including food handling)Strong customer service skillsAble to work well as part of a teamWhatwe offer:Working with Sodexo is more than
