Catering Assistant

Primary Integrated Community Servicesare supportingBassetlaw Hospicewith the recruitment for the following vacancy To work with the Bassetlaw Hospice team to maintain the highest standards of catering and hospitality, ensuring that patients nutritional and dietary needs are met with care and sensitivity. A major part of this role is the ability to produce home-cooked meals using fresh ingredients, tailored to patients appetites and dietary requirements.,

• Follow weekly cleaning schedules to maintain hygiene standards of all catering equipment and work areas.
• Ensure storerooms are clean, tidy, and equipment is used safely and correctly.
• Adhere to COSHH, Food Safety, Allergen and HACCP guidelines.
