Full Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of light meals, snacks, and beverages to a high standard.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas, always following food, hygiene and health & safety regulations, including, but not limited to, proper storage, temperature control, and allergen awareness.
- Support stock rotation, assisting with ordering and restocking supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Provide friendly, efficient service to customers, including product knowledge and assist with dietary or allergen-related queries.

- Someone that is confidence in food preparation and cooking.
- Is competent in food hygiene & safety standards (minimum Level 2 Food Safety Certificate & HACCP knowledge)
- Ability to work under pressure & unsupervised.
- A team player with a positive attitude & a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings & weekends.
- Physical stamina, be able to stand for long periods, complete a full commercial kitchen clean down and the ability to lift moderate weights., We are proud to be a Disability Confident Leader.
