As a Catering Assistant at Sodexo in Fortius Clinic, 66 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 2SB, you'll play an important part in preparing and serving nutritious, comforting meals that support patient recovery and wellbeing. • Accurately take patient and visitor refreshment orders, noting allergies or dietary needs and communicating them to the main kitchen.
• Assemble patient meals accurately for tray presentation.
• Deliver food to patient rooms and assist patients as needed during meals.
• Ensure timely delivery of all refreshments and report any delays.
• Clean all crockery, cutlery, trays, and equipment to maintain infection control standards.
• Maintain stock control, rotation, and accurate record-keeping.
• Complete all required legal, company, and client documentation on time.
• Perform general catering department duties as required.
• Monitor and report food wastage from patient rooms.
• Keep ward kitchen clean and hygienic; report issues to Line Manager.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly.
