Category Lead - Global Grocery

About This RoleAs the Category Lead in our Global Grocery Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, managing, and developing partnerships with some of the largest grocers globally. Your efforts will ensure that JET delivers a winning proposition to our consumers.
In this dynamic position, you will:
Drive the development of the grocery category consumer proposition.
Define business requirements that shape the P&T roadmap.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Local Account Management, Tech, Marketing, Legal, and Logistics teams.
Contribute to capability-building programs that support our global strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the grocery category.
Assume P&L responsibility for your global grocery accounts, with a clear growth plan.
Drive the development and adoption of agentic category management capabilities.
Work closely with local Heads of Retail across 15 markets to execute your strategy with excellence.
Manage a senior set of stakeholders across a matrix-led organization.
Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that translate partner needs into actionable P&T roadmap items.
Engage with various JET functions to enhance company capabilities and improve user experience.
Represent JET at industry events, showcasing your superior networking skills.

What Will You Bring to the Team? A proven ability to close enterprise deals and drive fast, hands-on implementation.
High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a "get it done" attitude.
Extensive experience in account management or business development in FMCG or Retail, preferably at a global level.
Commercial savvy with strong influencing skills and the ability to craft clear narratives.
Experience in building positive relationships and managing stakeholders across various departments.
A data-driven mindset, using relevant data to make informed decisions and provide insights.
