Category Lead - Global Grocery

Contribute to the development and execution of the commercial strategy for the grocery category, defining new cross-functional capabilities.
Assume P&L responsibility for your global grocery accounts, complete with a clear growth plan.
Drive the development and adoption of agentic category management capabilities.
Collaborate closely with local Heads of Retail across 15 markets to translate strategy into action with executional excellence.
Manage a senior set of stakeholders within a matrix-led organization.
Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that translate partner commercial needs into actionable P&T roadmap items.
Engage with various JET functions, including account management, marketing, operations, and logistics, to enhance company capabilities and improve the shopping experience.
Represent JET at industry events, showcasing your superior networking skills.

Proven: A track record of closing enterprise deals and driving fast, hands-on implementation.
Energetic: High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a "get it done" attitude.
Experienced: Extensive background in account management or business development in FMCG or Retail, preferably at a global level.
Commercially Savvy: Strong influencing skills and the ability to craft clear narratives.
Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building positive relationships and managing stakeholders across various departments.
Data-Driven: Able to analyze data to identify root causes and make informed decisions.
