Full Job Description
This role is part of Calderdale's ambition to ensure that Children, Young People and Families receive the right support at the right time. The role sits within Early Intervention and Targeted Support which offer a range of specialist services to young people aged 0-25 and their families who need additional support.
Calderdale Young Carers Service works with children and young people aged 8-17 who care for someone they live with. The service aims to reduce the impact of the caring role and increase the resilience of the child or young person through a range of targeted interventions and respite activities.
