Casual Swimming Instructors

We are seeking dedicated swimming instructors to join our close-knit and professional team in the delivery of high-quality swimming provision within Walsall on a casual basis.

This position requires strong customer service skills, as well as someone who is a passionate swimming instructor.

The successful candidate will support in delivering swimming instruction to adults and children in accordance with relevant awarding body specifications and in line with Sport & Leisure management systems.

You will have experience of instruction duties or working in a service environment.

You must hold an ASA or STA Level 1 or Level 2 swimming teacher qualification.

You must hold a NRASTC light or RLSS pool lifeguard qualification., This post is covered by the Government's Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty for public sector workers. The post holder will be required to communicate verbally with customers and provide advice and/or information in accurate spoken English.
