Casual Spa Receptionist

Welcome guests to the Spa and provide a warm, professional first impression
Manage appointments, bookings and guest enquiries efficiently
Maintain a full and up-to-date knowledge of Spa facilities, treatments, services and promotions
Assist guests with information about The Parkgate Hotel and wider Celtic Collection facilities
Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating concerns to the Spa Manager when appropriate
Support the Spa team with administrative duties, reporting and record management
Assist with retail sales, stock monitoring and maintaining attractive product displays
Ensure all guest information is recorded accurately and confidentially
Help maintain the smooth day-to-day operation of the Spa Reception area
Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the guest journey

Previous reception, administration or customer service experience, ideally within hospitality, leisure, spa or hotel environments
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office and Outlook
A professional, friendly and welcoming manner
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
