• Experience in admin or guest-facing roles
• A cool head in a fast-paced environment - you're calm, collected, and efficient
• Confident handling guest enquiries and resolving complaints with care and professionalism
IMPLEMENTING OUR YES, WE CAN' PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL -
• Delivering exceptional service to guests and colleagues, always with a smile
• Keeping our spa areas spotless and serene - from treatment rooms to relaxation lounges
• Serving refreshments and creating a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere
• Managing towels and linens - restocking, reporting, and keeping things fresh
• Performing regular pool tests to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Promoting spa treatments and products to help guests feel their best - and meet team goals
