Casual Sales Admin Support

Join our Racing Sales Hub Team! Casual Sales Admin Support role available.

We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our Racing Sales Hub team at Doncaster Racecourse in a Casual sales admin support role.

This is a flexible position, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can fit work around other commitments, while still being available to support the team during key weekdays. Please note that this position is a casual role with various hours and shifts available, however candidates must be available to work during weekdays - typically across Monday to Thursday. Exact days and hours are agreed in line with business needs and casual working arrangements on a shift basis.

What you'll be doing:

Providing general administrative support to the Racing Sales Hub team
Handling emails, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
Answering both inbound and outbound calls, assisting with customer enquiries and sales-related tasks
Supporting the team with assisting in raceday preparation from a sales perspective
Other ad-hoc administrative and support duties as requested

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help where needed
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.)
