Full Job Description

  • Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
  • Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
  • Assis with reception and concierge requests
  • Answer general guest queries
  • Prepare and delivering room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
  • Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times

    We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Night Porter to join our family on a part-time basis. We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guest. This position reports to the Head Concierge., Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five-star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
