Full Job Description
- Support and guide spectators, ensuring they feel welcome and informed
- Enforce stadium regulations and promote fan safety
- Respond to incidents calmly and professionally
- Conduct security checks, including personal searches
- Record and report incidents clearly and accurately
- Work closely with your team to manage large crowds effectively.
Confident communicators who can engage with the public - Able to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable managing conflict appropriately
- Able to write clear and accurate reports
- Aged 18 or over (required for this role).
This is a casual position, offering variable hours including evenings and weekends on a flexible assignment basis.
