Together with our passionate fans and valued network of partners, we are developing Manchester City's future history.As a Matchday Host/Hostess you will be responsible for delivering front of house services and processes that support the operation of all matchdays in all competitions, setting and ensuring the highest standard of customer service for MCFC's employees and customers. This role will require availability for all of the Men's first-team match days at the Etihad Stadium, Manchester.Please be aware that we will be hosting an assessment day in the morning of Monday 14th July 2025. Any successful applicant will need to be available for this.Your Impact
- Greet and look after our guests on matchdays.
- Install guests into the suite upon arrival.
- Manage/escort guests to tables, ensuring all guests are seated correctly and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with team managers and/or management on any issue related to customers.
- Work with our wider team and other stakeholders team to create a friendly and professional atmosphere and maintain positive working relationships.
Experience of working in a customer service environment preferably front of house work - Exceptional customer service skills
